Hi lovelies!

I can't begin to tell you how much I enjoyed the weather in Philly. It was chilly enough to wear my epic winter '10 purchase, without the annoyance of that biting sort of cold. It was such an opportune chance to get one last wear of my treasured fall/winter threads before full blown Texas summer sets in. My wardrobe is already slowly being refined to my staples of shorts & tees. I hate summer & love winter for the reason that summer leaves nothing to the imagination, in more than one way. I see way too many body parts that I don't care to see and with the heat comes sweat and fatigue: the menacing trifecta of summer that truly kills inspiration!

I love summer for one major reason though: the pool days! Lounging in the cool water, letting the world pass you by as your mind wanders in a million little blissful directions...ah. So nice. Can't wait. You can tell I relish the languid life! ;)

Enjoy the weekend & let me know what your favorite season is, and why!

xx.

Back from Philadelphia! I had an amazing time, and the trip was a testament that all a girl really needs are some best friends to love on and laughing until your sides hurt. Here is a taste of the first day there, with many more pictures in the posts to come!
